Tenant Move Out

  • Inspect unit, take pictures of entire unit with a focus on any damages
  • Send the balance of the security deposit to the tenant or impose a claim for the deposit
  • Credit any portion of the tenant deposit to the owner
  • Prepare a detailed estimate of work needed to re-rent the unit or property.
  • Perform any needed upgrades or capital improvements
  • Change the locks & secure the property
  • Advertise the property for rent
